Welcome to WordPress Warriors. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We believe in ethical conduct of business and protecting the classified information received from clients, built into the project agreement.
Company NDA — We ensure high-level protection of the data, code, and know-how received from our customers while executing their orders. We're ready to sign a Data Non-Disclosure Agreement in this form or in any other format you provide.
Employee NDA — We require each of our employees to sign a strict contract preventing disclosure of any client information.
All materials created by us during project execution — software, source code, data structures, documentation, design options, etc. — fully belong to the client unless agreed otherwise. After project completion and client confirmation, all electronic copies are purged unless instructed otherwise by the client.
Projects completed by our team are included in our Portfolio section. If a client needs their website excluded from our Portfolio, a $100 fee applies.
We take care in delivering a high-quality product that fully adheres to specifications approved by the client. We offer clients a 60-day testing and trial period (after final delivery) during which any bugs found are fixed free of charge. Even after this period, we may provide short, cost-free consultations regarding source code or implementation.
We can provide a dedicated support team for the product we've developed. The same developers who built the project handle bug fixing and support, so issues are resolved quickly. Support can extend to email and chat support for your own customers, and we can train your team to provide back-office support.
Payment terms are set by mutual agreement between us and the client. Advance or deposit payments made for a project are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We require payments by wire transfer or PayPal. Wire transfer details vary by currency and are provided at project initiation. Any wire transfer sender charges are borne by the client.
